Hi everybody!
Well, San Diego Comic-Con is almost upon us and we’re pleased to say our booth plans have come together. The banners arrived over the last few days and we can’t wait to hang them. They’re about the size of a football stadium…well, maybe a little smaller. Either way, the booth will be appropriately CreatureBox’d so please be sure to stop by and say hi if you’re in the area. Look us up at #4502!
We’re also excited to have for sale our first publishing venture in the form of a 28 page limited edition sketchbook. Thoughts, Scribbles, + Madness measures about 8.5 x 5.5 and contains a wild assortment of everything CreatureBox including monsters, spacemen, and robots. But that’s not all! Included in every copy is a progressive scan DVD containing over 40 minutes of time lapse character design. Imagine the previous videos from the site but on steroids presented in razor sharp widescreen glory.
We look forward to talking with everyone at the show…let the festivities begin!

We’ve had some requests for a waiting list for any copies left over after the show. If you would like to be included, please use the contact form and put “Sketchbook Waiting List” next to your name in the name field. Also, be sure to use a valid email address. We’ll sell the remaining copies in the order of the contacts we receive. Thanks!
*UPDATE #2*
The price of the sketchbook (which includes the DVD) will be 15.00 dollars. For internet orders after the show, 5 dollars will be added for domestic shipping and 10 dollars will be added for international shipping. Thanks for the great response to the book!
I realize that you mentioned that it’s a limited edition sketchbook, but is there going to be a chance of a non-limited edition sketchbook that could be possibly available to the public?
I really wish I was able to go this year. I do hope it sells well though, and wish I could be there to grab a copy.

Hello guys this is great news I wish you lot of success and I’d like to see photos of this great comic-con after it’s end and I think it would be interesting (not only for me) to post some photos of your sketchbooks and favorite frawing tools in that way we can see from where exactly the magic start

The Zine is great! Me and my son watched the DVD yesterday and it is very cool! I’m glad we stopped by your booth at SDCC!
