It was so nice to get back to the table and just draw again! It has been one heck of a few months for Dave and I trying to get the “more than we can chew” part of our workload wrapped up. But we just got the books back from the printers and they look great! Once the DVD gets back from the presses, we can get these things out the door.
Big news for us is we have a booth at Heroes Con this year in Charlotte on June 4th-6th. The show is brimming with amazing artists, so we’ll certainly be getting our geek on. But if you’re in the neighborhood, or not even close, swing by, we’d love to meet up and give you that firm handshake you all deserve for all the support you’ve given us over the years.
And speaking of the years, one of the first images I ever made for the site was a piece of the hero of heroes; Optimus Prime. I have been aching to do another one pretty much since I put the pen down on that one and so, 3 years later I present the bad-mamba-jamba himself donning some new samurai armor. Glad to be back!

Will you guys be selling the new sketchbook on your website again like you did the last one?
Yeah, once we get through Heroes Con, we’ll have the store up and everyone from anywhere can get one if they want. We’ll make an announcement on the site as soon as its good to go.

You guys attending any other conventions this year besides Heroes and SDCC?
Not sure about SDCC, but we are going to be heading out to Burbank for CTNX. It’s a great new show with tons of talent and none of the hassle. Not sure if we are doing anything else this year.

I totally wish I could go to Heroscon! But it’s too far away… ): Hey are you guys planning to attend Megacon 2011? It’s a HUGE comic/anime con in Orlando. I go every year so that’d be awesome if you guys were going!
