Recently Greg and I had the pleasure of working with the great folks at Wildstorm, creating the covers for an upcoming Ratchet and Clank comic series. The franchise has been a pretty big part of our lives over the last decade so we jumped at the chance to help bring the characters over to comics. Here’s a peak at the cover for Issue 1 along with the summary from Newsarama:

Holy Crap, wow! Finally, a Ratchet and Clank comic series that’s NOT in Japan( Heck, a Ratchet and Clank comic series PERIOD.)! Glad to see that you guys get to help work on it. Hope to see it in the future!
I wasn’t sure at first what I thought about an R&C comic, but if it gets a similar treatment to this (re-heally awesome!) cover, I might just be sold.

That is really cool!, pity its not you guys in the pages too, would have really been a selling point there. not to say it wont be great but your designs are just on a league of its own. its early to ask I’m sure but, any chance these comics will be released for purchase on the PSP?

Do you have any plans to sell autographed copies through your online store? I am sure that some folks would be very happy to a) support the store directly and b) order them direct from you. Just a thought.
Great work guys. I bet these comics will be worth more in a few years than those “Married with Children” comics your sitting on Dave. LOL
