Hope everyone had a groovy Labor Day — I think I’m getting sick but I’m trying to hang in there. Party onward.

i love the coloring, you guys do a great job, almost vector like.
what should one learn before applying to a video game company?
requirements and such.
Thanks a lot Oscar. That’s a pretty broad question but nothing beats a well rounded portfolio. Displaying a strong understanding of anatomy, form, composition, and style is always very important. It’s also helpful to shoot for a particular position (modeling, texturing, concept, character art, environment art) and be sure your samples reflect your passion.
In respect to education, (on the art side) college degrees are great but the governing factor will always be your portfolio. Hope that helps. Take care!
