It’s been a hell of a weekend! Lots of freelance to race through and I think I’m getting sick. If you have kids, you know how it happened, if you don’t have your own, push them to the ground this flu season and run for the nearest Purell jar and jam your head in it.
In the end, there’s some good news. RCF2 is almost on the shelves. Since Dave and I left the project to live in the woods, it’s come a long way. It looks totally wicked and has some really cool game play. I hope you’ll all have a chance to check it out. These are some NPC’s I did.

These are awesome! Love the color scheme!
Love it! Love the site. I really dig the way you both distort shapes… I remember doing that when I was younger then I became concerned with realism/accuracy and am still trying to get back to the life and freedom of my youth. You guys are an inspiration for sure.
Can I request some more videos? I just bought SBP and am really interested in seeing how you guys use the limited toolset to create such beautiful pieces.
Great as usual. Love the clueless looks.
I just got your books a couple of weeks back and they’re fantastic. Especially the one with robots.
Keep posting.

Awesome!! I am amazed every time. I would love to work for insomniac. still have a long way to go though. Im with awbirkner about more vids also. I love the couple you already posted. Just got a Cintiq and have been fooling around in sketchbook pro.
Awesome. I always love to see Ratchet and Clank concepts. Hope there are more later.
love the designs man. I like how you managed to play with shape variation and still make the characters fit in the same world. thanks for sharing this gold with us!

Very cool designs! I can’t wait for this game, it’s going to be AWESOME! It looks to be the best one yet!
why aren’t you guys designers for everything? people need to get on track – see how much more interesting everything would be if you guys designed the place. movies, games, products, buildings.
The designs are dead on. Also the blog is top notch, very inspirational!
I gotta ask…do you use smudge guard for your Cintiq? I just received my Cintiq 12WX a couple days ago and I’m anxious to try it out. I’ve heard some people use smudge guards which is nothing more than a 1 finger glove looking thingy that keeps your hand from smudging the screen while you’re drawing. I’m wondering if they are really necessary. Personal preference I suppose.
These are AMAZING. Whenever I come here I never know what to say as I’m always at a loss for words. MORE, MORE!!!
these are great I cant wait for the new game.
Love it. Are your gonna do an other batch of books? I am so upset they are already sold out…
those things make me wanna b 1 of em… srsly
