We wanted to extend a huge thanks to all the CreatureBoxers out there who picked up this year’s sketchbooks: Thoughts, Scribbles + Madness: Volume 2, Palindrone Robot Supply or the Propaganda Pack. All the great feedback has been awesome, and it’s amazing to meet such a range of people interested in the same things we are. The books are literally all over the world. We never imagined we would go through 1000 books so quickly, but we’re down to the last short stack of each! That is amazing.

So thanks to all of you who have supported us!!! And if you were thinking of picking one up, now’s the time because when they’re gone, they’re gone!

We just finished up an interview with the fine folks over at AREA. We babbled, we rambled and we put our feet in our mouths; literally, not figuratively. But all is not lost, there are PICTURES TOO!!!! Check it out!

Thanks to the team at Autodesk for the great opportunity. You ladys and gentlemen are the real deal!

We got back to NC pretty late last night. Our eyes are still stinging from lack of sleep. But what a wild ride. We want to extend a very gracious thank you for all of you who have continued to support us and for coming by to check out the book or to just say Hi! It was a lot of fun, and we certainly look forward to talking more about it. Thanks so much!!!!!

*Update*
We’re in the process of getting the shop together and will let everyone know when the new books are available for purchase. Thanks for the interest!

Well, we’re back! Wish we could say we were all rested up, but it’s quite the opposite! But we made it through and are excited to announce the release of our newest sketchbooks: Thoughts, Scribbles + Madness: Volume 2 and Palindrone Robot Supply.

Thoughts, Scribbles + Madness: Volume 2

Thoughts, Scribbles + Madness: Volume 2 follows monstrously in the footsteps of our first sold-out book Thoughts, Scribbles + Madness: Volume 1, complete with a bonus DVD! This book is 28 full color pages of re-envisioned designs from the site and many designs that are exclusive to the book and will not be featured anywhere else! Combined with a DVD of over 40 minutes of time lapse start-to-finish designs, this book has just about everything we could think of in it.

Palindrone Robot Supply

Palindrone Robot Supply is our newest outlet for robot designs. This 28 page book is packed full of 125 exclusively designed robots. If you like robots, this’ll be a fun one for you.

Both books will be available exclusively at Stuart Ng Books at San Diego Comic-Con Booth 5012 this year for there initial release. We will be signing the books at Stuart’s booth on Saturday, July 25th from 4-6pm. We will not have our own booth this year, which is a real bummer because we loved meeting everyone that came by last year. But please stop by Stuart Ng and say “Hi”, we’d love to see you all again and meet everyone else!

And for those of you who can’t make it to the show, we’ll have the books for sale shortly after on the site so anyone who is interested can get one too.

We had such great feedback from all of you on our first book, and are looking forward to hearing what you think of this year’s efforts. See you at Comic-Con!

*Update*

Once we begin selling the books through the site, we will have international shipping options for all the fellow CreatureBoxers around the world. So if you can’t make it to the show, the books will find a way to slither to your door!

I was extremely fortunate to be included in the 2009 Into the Pixel exhibition featured at E3 in Los Angeles. The gallery will feature 16 pieces highlighting some of the conceptual development throughout the games industry from the past year. If you’re making your way over to the conference, you can check out the show in the Concourse foyer adjacent to the West Hall.

In other news, our San Diego plans (and projects) are coming together. We’ll be sure to keep everyone posted. Rock onward!
